Dr. Thomas Balitski


Dr. Balitski has been practicing Optometry and delivering compassionate eye care to the residents of Beaver County for over twenty years.  Balitski Vision's Center Twp. location was opened in October 2001.  

Dr. Balitski began working at Knox Optical in 1999.  He continued to see patients at that location until Susan and LeRoy retired in February 2014.  He opened Balitski Vision's Washington location in May of 2014.  Like it's northern counterpart, it is a full service optometric practice, offering refractive and medical eye care, contact lens service and full-service optical.

Dr. Balitski is certified in Therapeutic Treatment of Ocular Disease and management of Laser Refractive Surgery. His specialties include contact lens fitting, pediatric and geriatric eye care, management of Computer Vision problems and treatment of Dry Eye and Ocular Surface Disease.

He received his undergraduate degree from Gannon University in Erie in 1988 and his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia in 1991. He is a past-president of the Chippewa Area Lions and a former Board member of the Beaver County Association for the Blind. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society and the Beaver Valley Optometric Society.
